The Friends of the Archbishop of Canterbury's Anglican Communion Fund, Inc. (the Friends) conducts charitable and educational activities that support or benefit the Archbishop of Canterbury's Anglican Communion Fund.  It operates in cooperation with The Anglican Investment Agency Trust (The AIA), an English charity with the same objectives.

The Anglican Communion Fund is an English Charity established to benefit the churches and provinces of the Anglican Communion and the international ministry of the Archbishop of Canterbury.  It provides assistance to provinces or dioceses of the Anglican Communion at times of crisis, supports Anglican Communion strategic initiatives, and provides funding for the Office of the Anglican Observer at the United Nations and official representation at the other international institutions and consultations.  No other substantial source of funding for these objectives is available to the Archbishop of Canterbury.

The Friends welcomes contributions from parishes, trusts and individuals for the support of its mission.  The Friends is exempt from United States Federal income tax under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code and contributions to the Friends are tax deductible for United States taxpayers to the extent allowed by law.

The Friends and the AIA identify investment managers who will manage investment funds for churches and other institutions and high net worth individuals on a commercial basis and contribute to the Friends or the AIA an amount equal to a substantial portion of their associated management fees.  The Friends and the AIA bring all available opportunities to enter into arrangements of this kind to the attention of churches and others who may find them of interest.

Each investment manager has advised the Friends or the AIA that the management fee charged to participating accounts will be at its standard rates and will not include any additional amount attributable to contributions made by the managers.

The program permits participants to obtain quality investment managers' services on normal commercial terms while at the same time providing, at no cost to the participants, a collateral benefit to the Anglican Communion.

The roles of the Friends and the AIA are limited to the identification of investment managers willing to participate in the program.  Any decision to approach, engage or continue to engage any investment manager is one to be considered solely by the participant.  Neither the Friends nor the AIA offers any advice as to the suitability of the managers for particular participants or the advisability of engaging those managers, nor does it assume any responsibility for the operations or investment results of the managers.

Information about the investment managers and their management services is provided solely by the managers and neither the Friends nor the AIA takes any responsibility for providing the information or for its content.  Copies of the managers' written disclosure statements required of all investment advisers by law may be obtained by contacting them.

The names of the investment managers participating in the programs, their contact information, and the amount which they have agreed to donate to the Friends or the AIA are set forth in the following schedule (managers).  Neither the Friends nor the AIA has any affiliation or other relationship or financial arrangements with any investment manager.
